The flow

    Sign in at app.rentametrix.ai

    Open the link in any browser. You'll get a one-time code or magic link to the email we invited you with — no password to remember.

    First time loading may pause for ~1.5 s on “Loading…” while authentication settles. That’s normal — wait, don’t refresh.

  2. 02

    Pick your scope

    At the top of the screen there’s a pill that reads "▾ Your portfolio". Tap it. A list slides up: properties, groups, and a portfolio view. Pick Maverick Hills.

    Why scope matters: every question is anchored to whatever’s in the pill. Switch the pill, you get a fresh conversation against the new property. The agent never blends data across scopes unless you ask it to.

    Ask your first question

    Type into the chat at the bottom. Try one of these to start:

    The answer comes back with the tool call that produced it visible — expand it to see exactly which data the agent pulled. Numbers are grounded; nothing is fabricated.

    Follow up — no need to repeat yourself

    Once a scope is pinned, the agent remembers it for the whole conversation. Just keep asking:

  5. 05

    Start a new chat — or find an old one

    The pencil icon at the top-right starts a fresh chat in the same scope. The hamburger icon (≡) at the top-left opens your recent conversations — tap any to resume right where you left off, with full context.

    A conversation auto-rotates to a new one after 30 minutes of inactivity. Active conversations stay active as long as you’re using them. Old ones stay reachable from the recents list.

    Add to home screen (optional)

    iOS Safari: Share → Add to Home Screen. Android Chrome: Menu → Install app. You get an icon, a full-screen launch, and the app survives offline (last data you loaded stays viewable without a connection).

FAQ

What happens if I sign out?

Your conversation history follows your user account, not your browser. Sign back in on any device — recents are still there.

Can the agent ever access another property I don’t have rights to?

No. The scope picker only shows properties your account is authorized for. Every tool call is server-side-scoped to that property.

Is anything I type sent anywhere I should know about?

Your prompts route to our agent runtime and the underlying LLM provider. We log conversations for product analytics and so we can answer your follow-up questions later, but we don’t share them externally. Authentication is via Auth0.

How fresh is the data?

Lease-tracker data refreshes on a daily sync. Live spreadsheets are read on-demand. Entrata data follows the sync cadence configured per property. If a question depends on something fresher than the last sync, the agent will tell you.

Who do I call when something looks wrong?

Reply to the invite email. We treat investor-found discrepancies as P1 — same-day triage.
